Return Policy
Returns: We accept free returns on all items within 90 days of purchase. To request a return, please contact our customer service team directly via email. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid shipping label. There will be no out-of-pocket expenses for you.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 90 days of receiving your item.
- Receive Prepaid Shipping Label: We will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the package.
- Drop Off: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location.
Conditions:
Returned items must have the same serial number as the item we sold you.
Items must be returned in their original condition - open boxes are ok.
Include all accessories, manuals, and original box / packaging materials.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it has been received.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
